Have forwarded udp 16000 was having no problems connecting now it won't...

Please upload a screenshot of your port forwarding rule created in your router configuration.

Also paste us the results of the network diagnostics, the tool can be found in the game lobby menu and please provide the output of ipconfig /all in an Command Prompt window.

Can you please confirm that you are not using a data connection / mobile connection also known as 4G / 5G and that your internet connection is either DSL or Cable or Fibre. Thanks.

DSL connection: fibre to building, coax to room, then wireless

Please change the port to 29000 in your router configuration. Don't forget to update the changed port in your Voobly settings as well:
