I recently had to create a new account after forgetting the password to my original one.
I’m still a beginner and would like to continue learning and playing at my own pace.
Unfortunately, I can’t join New Player Lobby anymore, and when I try to join games in Medieval Siege, I often get kicked or moved to spectator because I have no rated matches.
This makes it very difficult to play and build a match history.
As a beginner, I also feel that the skill level in Medieval Siege is too high for me, and most players are not willing to play with someone new.
I’d sincerely appreciate any support or exception that would allow me to access the New Player Lobby again so I can grow as a player.
