Delete the Voobly Mods folder and re-create the required folders as described in the self-help article above. Then rejoin the game lobby and wait for all downloads to complete. That should fix the issue.

i have deleted voobly and install him again and it didnot solve
I havd install voobly in another pc and the problem was there too

The Voobly Mods folder is part of your game directory, not the client directory. Please rename the Voobly Mods folder in the game directory and create the obligatory sub-folders as explained in the self-help article in my last post.
