Could you please call your ISP and ask them, whether they are blocking any DNAT (port forwarded) traffic?

I have been calling to the ISP and talking to them past 2 days. They are unsure whether it is possible to port forward on the new fiber technology, they reminded me it was possible only when there was a cast cable, what should I say them to do, they are saying the port must be enabled from backend it is disabled by default.

Please ask them to enable a single UDP port e. g. 27000 UDP or 28000 UDP or 29000 UDP. Then we can try again.

I have changed IP from dynamic IP to static IP now it is working, will it be any problem with static IP?
