this is aoe2 patch , you should not use on voobly .when voobly is open it disable the code.
dsound.dll proxy is disable cause anti cheate issue.
if you want fix uninstall aoe2 patch or delete:
Age of Empires II\dsound.dll
Age of Empires II\Age2_x1\dsound.dll
