Its like my whole game is cropped from right side. I cant see map or unit controls or anything else.
its working fine without Voobly. forced desktop resolution is enabled, please help.

Try applying the recommended game room settings and then set the game resolution identical to your Desktop resolution.

Are you sure your resolution is 1920×1080?

It's a commonly asked question or better, a common mistake where people try to use a greater in-game resolution compared to their actual desktop resolution.

yes I'm sure the in-game resolution is 1920x1080 same as my desktop resolution and I've applied all these game room settings but still no difference.

I didn't even do anything, didn't mess with settings or anything it just happened by itself. what else can i try to fix this?

Perform a clean installation of the game.
AOK/AOC: [You must login to view link]
AoE II HD: [You must login to view link]

And then double check the recommended game room settings:
