Hello there, please I'd like to request to reset my password from my main account (I created this one to hopefully receive support).

Everytime I get the link to reset password it always displays the "Permission Denied" message no matter how many times I click it.

You must first log out from any other accounts and better wipe any cookies. Then request the reset link again and it should work.
