I was banned for 3 days because of the issue I mentioned in the title. I don't know what this problem is. I reviewed the forum and tried to solve it according to the answers given in the forum, but there is no autohotkey file on my computer. I got banned for nothing. Anyone who wants to be sure can connect to my computer. You are banning your irrational, arbitrary actions.

You have a program able to create and send macros of keys to the game. That's not allowed. It happened to me with a program I had for auto writting commands in a word processor.

It's a shared ban caused by the VPN you are using. It's not required / recommended using a VPN in order to play, as banned players frequently use VPNs trying to bypass their ban. It's exactly what happened here. Ban has been lifted.
Come on, is that really necessary?

Hey Chris, I reached out to Pablo about this issue, but he hasn’t replied yet. My team and I got a 2-day hardware ban, and there’s nothing we can do on our end to resolve it. We’ve even gathered in our neighborhood to play on different PCs, but the problem is still affecting our accounts. It would be really helpful if you could lift the ban quickly.
