I have installed in many different ways the 1.6 Game Data mod and the 1.6 RC patch and still can not play it! It says something about Windows can not run it or I enter the game but it comes out a yellow page sating I don´t have the mods and RC. I installed both of them automatically when opening a game lobby, did not work. I deleted those files and then downloaded them directly from the Voobly mod page, did not work. I downloaded them entering in a game and clicking directly in the mod and did not work. Thank you.

Maybe there is more wrong but you are not playing with the recommended game settings

Change to those settings and try again, if still fail, do the game game diagnostics and copy/paste the results here...

Thanks for your reply. I went and checked the reccomended settings and changed everything: compatibility, directx and resolution and I still can not play it. I did the game diagnostics, it says that everything is fine, Im sending the result

go to Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Patches\v1.6 RC\
check if you have v16RC.dll
can you give screen shoot of directory please?

Your game is installed the home directory (C:\Users\) which is not supported by Voobly. You must re-install the game using the official installer as explained in this self help article:
