why you never give a warning to old players insulting and being rude to new players for calling them noob and other stuff as if they weren't new players themselves in the past

I just give you an official warning for flooding taunts in a game, what do you do?
you play another game and just do the same thing what you did in all your other games.

So, it's normal that this follows with 1 hour ban.
Keep doing it and it will be much longer bans.
