Laming TC trees is considered a bug and is punishable by an immediate disqualification and ban in tournaments , some say it is allowed in daily games though , I wanna hear some opinions .

I believe it's indeed illegal. Code of conduct doesn't explicitly mention it but it does mention:
- Hunt delete (AoM/AoT specific): Placing a building foundation over an opposing player's hunted animal, causing the animal to be deleted.
- Any actions concerning a player who behaves in a manner that is deemed against the spirit of the game.

and this is very similar. Try reporting it.

I didn't know tree laming is an issue in AOC and until today we have no rule against tree laming. In RM this could happen in the very early stages of the game, but does it really affect the later game play?

it affects game play if you are changing build order to hunt the lamed deer , drush or if vill war killing your wood lumber camp .. terrible unfair bug really .

We don't consider this a problem, as this happens in the early stages of the games where it has no affect to the later game play. Especially in maps like BF or BF Lord which are considered closed maps, this shouldn't be an issue anyway, since you are supposed to wall the entrance to your lands.
