Two problem, first perform a clean installation of the game, so the game is detected properly. Please make sure to follow ALL steps in this self-help article, if you skip one, you'll end up where you are currently are.

Error 5x0 as well as 1x1 and 1x5 are connection errors on your side. There could be several reasons, e. g. DNS resolution problems, a firewall or anti virus blocking traffic or a unstable internet connection. Try rebooting your router (unplug the power cable for 10 seconds) and reboot your computer.
