hola buenas noches tengo un problema para ingresar al lobby de new players en age of empires the conqueros 2 me sale un error de que estoy bloqueado y yo soy un jugador nuevo me pueden ayudar por favor

You do not appear to be banned, could you please take a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
