LTE / 5G are data connections and not really supported by Direct Play. As long as it works for you, you should be fine. Strictly speaking it is recommended to switch to a DSL or Cable connection.

Reloaded the client and didnt fix fp

If you don't have an IPv4 address, you'll be FP all the time. You could easily check this at this website:

You could try disabling IPv6 on your computer, please use the following Microsoft self-help article:

Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\
Name: DisabledComponents
Type: REG_DWORD
Min Value: 0x00 (default value)
Max Value: 0xFF (IPv6 disabled)

Please allow me to point out, that disabling IPv6 in your network adapter is NOT the same and it's NOT recommended to do this, as this causes the operating system to malfunction. The only way to appropriately disable IPv6 is explained in the article above.
