Elite Rathas and Rathas are knights on ratha they can kill enemy with swords, and on long distances can shoot arrows, but they are only firing arrows.

Hmm, thats good to hear, I thought you did not understand my description in the begin, now you got my point, and I got your point, apologies aside. And I meant to ask, it seems there is a bug in the Bengalis civilization. I played many times it never attack from meele.

It dies with the reason of unable to attack pikemen with the use of swords like knights and the beside ratha can kill until then with range shot like cav archers.
