my version shows as 1.0C and others as 1.3b, cant play AOC2

I did everything u said and still its not working
when i launch game my version shows 1.0C and other players are 1.3b

Game diagnostics are

Please perform a clean installation of the Voobly client:

If the problem persists, delete any downloaded mods from our mod center which can be found in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Data Mods\
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Local Mods\
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Patches\

If those folders don't exist, create them:

still same issue and more over it , i cant even spectate game , when i spectate game it load to normal AOC home screen

Screenshot #4 looks weird, I have never seen this error message on Voobly before.
