You surely mean outcived? Well, if you play random civ, the civs assigned are truly random. You should consider playing Mirror, so both teams have the same civs

There are no OOS logs associated with his account. When looking at the lost games he was playing, I assume he meant to say outcived. His complaint was related to the Random civ generator.
