Hello,

I can't watch the games, when I enter as a spectator the game starts loading and then returns me to the room, it also happens with my own game recordings

Please provide the result from the game diagnostics. Thank you.

I put the recommended options but now I get this error.

Any idea how to fix it?

Please repair / re-install your damaged installation of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Make sure to install the correct version before uninstalling.
