Start > Run > type "cmd" > right-click on Command Prompt > run as Administrator

Execute the following commands:
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow

Then reboot. You may have to re-install Voobly Client again.

Don't use the translate feature in your browser... those English commands are working on any Windows OS.

Good, now type all four commands in the correct order as described above, take a screenshot of all results and then reboot when done.
