I though voobly down, but when i checked all good,

I have disable windows defender and reisntall voobly too but they result still same

In most cases those problems are either caused by blocked outgoing connections (e. g. software firewall, hardware firewall, other security software) or temporary problems with your own internet connection. But glad to hear you got it working again. Have fun on Voobly.
