As doing so can make me rage quit or even become aggressive back to them.

It's common practice to wall in Black Forest and there is a high possibility that your team will be losing, when one players refuses to wall his side. People will kick you from their games if you do that, or even worse ignore you, so you can no longer play with them.

Rage quitting rated games can also be considered as rating manipulation, as you are resigning the game for no reason and people won't let you play with them, when doing this as you ruin their game. Perhaps you should start reflecting your own behavior and considering playing unrated.
