When this happens, upload the voobly.txt / voobly1.txt from the Voobly directory BEFORE restarting the Voobly client.

there are the files voobly.txt and voobly1.txt

same thing but just creating room for play

There is something wrong with the list of mods from our game mod center. Please rename Voobly Mods and re-create that directory with its sub folders and re-install all your mods. That should fix it.
