How do I prevent the AI from resigning?

I'm playing Age of Empires II: The Conquerors with Patch v1.5RC and Mod v1.5 Game Data. Anyone know how to prevent the AI from resigning? Do we have any v1.5 mod that can do that? I did some searching and found that taunt command like 100 or 104 can work but they didn't. The AI just resigns although they have TC and Castle remaining.

Play against one of the community AIs:

They won't resign and it's much harder to win . ;)
