Everything is configured correctly, I have no idea why network diagnostics still says "not forwarded". Could you please double check, whether you are not connected twice, e. g. cable AND WiFi.
Everything is configured properly, I am not sure why it isn‘t working. I see no IPv6 address, the traceroute is clean and there is no second router between your gateway and the internet and the port forwarding rule configured correctly with the local ip address of your computer.
Further troubleshooting:
Try using a wired connection (when using WiFi) to see, whether it works. Make sure to correct the IP address in your port forwarding rule.
Try using a different computer. Again make sure, your port forwarding rule contains the correct local ip address of that computer.
Please confirm once again, that you are using DSL / Cable / Fibre and not a data connection such as 3G / 4G / 5G.
