I want to play Age of Mythology as a single player. How do I go about doing that?

What exactly isn‘t working when you launch the game from your Desktop?

If you like to play the game in single player, then run C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Mythology\aomxnocd.exe . To make this easier, you can make a desktop shortcut to this application, so you don't have to browse through your files every time.

Would you like to play the game in single player, but would you like to play with Voobly Balance Patch 5.0? Then open a game room in the AOT Main Lobby and go to Game in the top menu. Then turn on Start at Single Player Menu and launch the game alone.
