while installing any of the voobly balance patch i am getting unzip failed error.
I tried installing as an administrator and also open voobly as administrator.
How can i solve this issue?

still above error occurs. here is my diagnostic: [You must login to view link] . I only had to create folders which I Did and UAC was on.

Here is my diagnostic. I did everything said above and it hasn't solved my problem

The game must not be installed inside the Users (Home) directory, as this breaks Voobly. Please install it to C:\Program Files(x86)\
Then run game diagnostics again and select the correct game exe. That should fix the issue.
