The error message show that lost MSVCP140_1.dll
but i have already installed and reinstalled many times. still not work...
is it the problem of installing visual C++?

You must repair your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages. One of them is damaged.
Control Panel > Programs and Features > Click on each vcredist package > Change / Repair

Reboot after.
