You can try the way I mentioned using the Windows Update, but at the end you must get fully
updated windows7 (At least ~= 1 GB must be downloaded)

If the original DVD / ISO-Image is too old, their Windows Update is broken and they have to update manually. Therefore it is easier to apply the update package from ArchiveOrg which will apply the missing updates. In other words, re-installing the whole OS will make even worse, since the gap between outdated and up to date would be much bigger.

Dude it's downloading speed 56kb or 80 kbs downloading time 24 hours. If crash then renew download. I tried uTorrent but it shows error same like voobly msv. Dll this file will download in a week

Or just install latest version of compression app like [You must login to view link] or [You must login to view link], then extract the content of the iso file inside a folder.

Then execute the updater.
