I cant join in a lobby, im banned for 10 days the message says reason : you've violated the voobly code of conduct.
Yesterday I was still playing very well and there were no violations in the last 3 years. please admin to help me re-open my deghet8z account so I can play games with my friends.

You appear to be banned because of a shared IP address most likely caused by a VPN. It is not recommended nor needed to use a VPN on Voobly. Simply forward port 16000 UDP in your router settings.
