Can you please point me to where we recommend a third-party tool?

Please post a screenshot of your port forwarding rule in your router configuration so I can help you, to configure it properly. :)

Screenshot two is what I was looking for.

Name: Voobly
Protocol: UDP
WAN Host Start IP Address / End IP Adress: both 0.0.0.0 or leave blank
WAN: Internet_VDSL
WAN Start Port: 1
WAN End Port: 65535
No Checkbox für Enable MAC Mapping
LAN Host IP Address: 192.168.1.7
LAN Host Start Port / LAN Host End Port: 16000

Please make sure, that your computer's local IP address 192.168.1.7 does not change, else you have to update the port forwarding rule with your new local IP address.

When you are doing, re-plug the power cable of your router, log onto Voobly and paste use the diagnostics results from the diagnostics tool in an AOC game lobby. Thank you.

It still says not forwarded. Can you please upload me a screenshot showing the current settings of your port forwarding rule with the recommended values I posted above?

Just for the suggestion, these are my settings for the port I've forwarded:

Protocol: UDP
WAN Host [Start and End both] IP Adress: 'blank'
WAN Connection: ipv4_pppoe_1
WAN Start Port: 16000 [Range: 1~65535]
WAN End Port: 16000 [Range: 1~65535]

I've also enabled MAC Mapping with my MAC address input in it and put 16000 for the LAN Start and End Ports as well. Even though it won't make a difference if you are using WiFi, but I've done it just for the sake. I suggest you try these settings.

Looks good. Now re-plug the power cable to your router, join Voobly and run the network diagnostics again.

You must disable your IPv6 address. If there is no option in your router, please call your ISP's customer support. AOC requires an IPv4 address.
