Thank you for contacting us. First you go to Settings>Information>Signature. Then you have to put the picture in there by using [img][/img] in tandem with a link. You can upload your image to Imgur for example. As an example, please have a look at my signature settings:

You must use absolute image paths by the way, e. g.
https://domain.tld/image.png

Something like this won't work:
https://domain.tld/image.php?whatever.png
https://domain.tld/image/whatever
