Is it possible, that you are using a data connection such as 3G/4G/5G instead of Cable or DSL?

i am using broadband (airtel fiber 40 mbps connection) and it was working fine for like more then 8 months in this same connection until last 4 weeks

Could you please use a different DNS-server in your router configuration? The traceroute does not look good. You could use Cloudflare DNS or Open DNS.

hello,
i have actually changed the router and it fixed the port forwarding issue for a week and then again ports got blocked , i also tried to use dmz and make my laptop the dmz server still ports are blocked
, please help me if possible

If it has worked for some time and now you are having the same problem again, the problem is related to your local ip address. Please make sure, that the port forwarding rules points to the local ip address of your computer. Reverse the settings you have made, disable the DMZ-Server and setup the Port Forwarding rule as explained above.

Rather try resetting your Windows Defender Firewall to its defaults:

You appear to have multiple VPN Adapters. More than two of them may also lead to problems, especially on Voobly. Please reduce the number of network adapters.
