i have actually changed the router and it fixed the port forwarding issue for a week and then again ports got blocked , i also tried to use dmz and make my laptop the dmz server still ports are blocked
, please help me if possible
can you check this screenshot and find whats this issue and is this doing anything with my port forward?

You appear to have multiple VPN Adapters. More than two of them may also lead to problems, especially on Voobly. Please reduce the number of network adapters.
