It says "a game installation problem has been detected! The error code is "you do not have the correct patch for your game installed, click to download the patch" when i click on the link, the link page is not found.

I searched on google via voobly for patch 1.03 and i found and downloaded it. Now a message shows up
"could not find game installation directory - please join a lobby and run game diagnostics" which i already have, then i click on ok and it start a download which stopped at 100% for like 20minutes. What should i do?
