me aparece despues de instalar todo bien, codigo de error you must restart voobly

he have windows 10. and he reinstalled voobly 10 times.
But always when he try to join voobly, he get that msg.

hice todo pero aun asi me sigue tirando el mismo error, y cuando quiero instalar el age2 que me paso alien, se queda en 52%

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti Malware and perform a full system scan please.

Remove all detected objects and reboot.
