fix the triggers that allow players to block the spawns of sabs and khans and allow pplayers to put units there that infantry and calvary cannot reach! players are onnly abusing this

YES!!!!!!!!

ppl put khans or powerup plumbs there and u cant attack them, only with tower and ranged units......and ppl also will try to block your sabs from spawning when u raze!
