is there any chance to become non fp on mobile data ???

Mobile Data was not designed for online gaming. Please get a stable internet connection such as DSL or Cable. Keep in mind, that when you want to try something like a VPN, that your traffic consumption will explode (300 - 500 MB per hour!) which is why it is not recommended to do that.
