What router do you have? vendor name and model number / release number.

Little advice: cable ! not wifi. Im on cable, and I always join as 2nd into room. More advice: minimize all ur apps, it helps lag. More advice: with this, u could play e.g. 3v3 games with FP and maybe ok, explain it in room description

I really want to fix the issue, not play as FP 11

Setup a port forwarding rule on UDP 1600 for your local ip address as explained the Youtube video above. Don't use the DMZ Host option though, it's a security issue and should not be used.

Please change it to UDP and select the active WAN connection from the drop down. Then it should work.

Voobly could add a fast proxy server to india or the Middle east. That would resolve alot of lag issues

You wouldn't need a proxy server with a DSL/Cable connection where the port is properly forwarded.
