hi , guys can you tell me its a reason for slow running when i join in game? i have windows 7 , but till now never had this problem. i put exceptions on windows defender for aoc. exe and voobly .exe.

It depends on many things, but you can do the following:

Go to: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Games \ Age of Empires II \ SaveGame \ Multi and delete all except the file that says "Multi.txt"

This looks like my own issue... is the delay also about one minute?

I can also see the huge delay on a Windows 7 box where everything was okay a few years ago, AoC and Voobly already installed there. Must have creeped in by some Voobly or Windows update. (Also see it on a fresh PC.)
