Trouble connecting with players

I have run network diagnostic tool and it says all Okay but still I am unable to join some players and it says port forward or run diagnostic tool. please help!

Please provide a screenshot of the port forwarding rule in your router configuration.
Please provide a screenshot of Start > run > type "cmd" and hit Enter > type "ipconfig /all".

no me permite jugar age empire , me dice que todo esta bien y que reinicie pero sigue igual ya reinicie como 10 veces
