how can you disable invitations to game rooms from random players?

As far as I know... you can't.
You can allow messages from only friends, in that case only friends can invite you, but it's not the same...

I just block unknown people who invite me too much, they can use lobby chat for this...

There is a "do not disturb" option that allows you not to receive any messages from anyone.

To do this, you have already started Voobly, right click on the same Voobly icon, then in "my status" choose the option "do not disturb"

I hope that is what you are looking for.
