hello,

i have a similar problem posted in this forum 3 years ago the link is here :

does anyone have the same problem or is it only a problem on my config if so then how can i fix it, I am kinda new to voobly I am sorry if there is anything widely known in the community that i am missing.

it could be that you are facing some issues with some patch/mod that requires to be updated.

you can try performing a clean installation of the client.
