Can't connect to host when playing AOT - Fedora 34 - Wine

I'm having issues hosting and connecting to lobbies in Age of Mythology the Titans using Voobly. When I try to join the host, the countdown never ends and when I host myself, the IP address shows as 0.0.0.0.

I'm on Fedora 34 and using the latest version of Wine Stable.

Multiplayer works fine in GameRanger if that matters.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

maybe your windows defender is blocking it, or your virus programs.

I'm running into this same issue. Is this a Fedora specific issue? Does Voobly and Age of Mythology even work through wine anymore? I wondering whether I should try an OS other than Fedora.

I didn't try the new client but ApextOC did and said it didn't help on this thread.

With the build of wine from that thread though I was able to get it working.
