It's kinda useless...

Suppose this would work and you would block me, well, then I use 30 sec to make a new account and I post with that new account...

We consider to change this in future, players then have the choice to disable their wall, only allow their clan or their friends to post, or make it accessible to everyone. There is no ETA for this though.
