Estuve leyendo en el foro otros que tuvieron el mismo problema y, aunque lamentablemente no encontré una solución, comento la siguiente información que probablemente me van a preguntar:
-El juego lo obtuve de forma legal, comprando el HD en Steam e instalando el parche de compatibilidad que el propio cliente de Voobly me señaló que descargue del siguiente enlace [You must login to view link]
-Mi sistema operativo es Windows 7 32 bits.
-Ya realicé una reinstalación limpia del parche de compatibilidad y Voobly pero el problema persiste.
Quedo atento a lo que me puedan indicar.

The file was not found at the location the registry said it should be. The registry keys need to either be fixed or the game needs to be moved to the proper location.
