In the Wololokingdoms installer, there is a menu option called Age of Mandala that has the Castle Range, Tower Range and TC Range.

Are these mods available in DE Balanced ?

The mods you mentioned are available in every game mod. However, Wololo Kingdoms DE has an adaptive version that upgrades with the range upgrades. That's why it has its own version in the installer.
