It's a false positive. Unfortunately we do not have a digital certificate for our client. Sorry about that.

Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.D7!ml in C:\Program Files (x86)\Voobly\anticheat2.dll
chosen restore and voobly starts

If you have a black screen, then Windows Defender has removed some of the required DLL files. In that case you either restore the quarantined file from Windows Defender or simply reinstall Voobly.
