Hello, im experiencing big graphic issues when I try to play AOE 1.

The colours are insanely wrong, and when I draw a square to select units, the square remains on my screen. The sound is fine but it is literally unplayable. I tried to reinstall 4 times the game in the last year and the same problem happened all the time. (downloaded version). I had the exact same problem with AOE 1 trial version.

I use Windows 7 and of course my computer is "good" enought to play this game. I tried checking/unchecking all the option Voobly offers but it doesnt fix it. Also in the lobby I can't see the chat properly.

Anybody got the same and was able to fix it ?

By “downloaded version” you mean a pirated copy of the game? If so, please get a legal and fully working version of the game on Amazon or a local store.

Uninstall previously installed versions of the game before installing the new one.

Ok I get that, but the problems also occur when I try to play the trial version, which is totally free
