I cant install DE Balance - Allied Vision mode

Hello

I cant install the DE BALACE - ALLIED VISION mode , i have tried deleting the folder in X86 but that is not working, when i install again the mode , appears "Error unzipping file" , then i try again but still loading like 1 hour and anything happens.

Enable the User Account Control and reboot. That should fix the issue.
