So according to Chris, putting it simply. Anti cheat is dumb as hell it cant differentiate between good or bad programs. Its like banning a programming language, you can write bad apps or good apps in that language. Voobly's Anti cheat cant differentiate at all between them. You can still keep your app, but you have to end it in task manager every time before you open Voobly. That being said, I havent seen anyone get locked account for programs in recent times. So yeah posting in ban appeal is your best bet.
There is no problem as long as you do not run that program while playing on Voobly / joining a game room. There will be three warnings in total + disconnection from the game lobby, before AC will lock your account.
