Error installing wololo kingdoms

I cant install the wololo kingdoms patch!
I have all the editions in steam, but when i run the instaler there are 2 errors all the time, wich say MSVCP140.dll cant be found. and VCRUNTIME140.dll cant be found.

You skipped step: Click Play to start Aoe2HD and Exit once you the program was started for the first time.
